About us

Started in 1965 to serve the continuous stationery requirements of the London financial sector, the company was taken over in 1987 by independent shareholders and this same family own the company today. Soon after taking over Dataforms a new sheet fed printing production unit was established to service the commercial printing market place.

Dataforms was already well established to produce print for customers but found there was a gap in the marketplace for a company of our size to personalise and mail the documents it was already printing including security products. Providing a holistic approach to commercial printing. Since our inception we have grown to provide 24/7 services to Financial Institutions, Corporate Financiers, Marketers and Communications teams on various projects.

Dataforms has operated from the same factory location since 1965. We are one of only 30 printers in the UK that are CPAS accredited to print, personalise and mail cheques and bank giro credits.
